I received a pouch of the seeds of change quinoa and brown rice with garlic free from Pinch Me and I served this for dinner as a side dish with glazed pork chops and green beans. The texture was great, the rice was not too sticky as I was afraid it would be and it was not too hard. The flavor was not bad it just was not my favorite. I ended up adding a dash of salt and crushed black pepper and it helped. My family and I did finish the whole packet but I asked my husband and kids their opinion and they felt the same. It was ok just not amazing. I will probably not purchase this flavor in the future but I would however like to try another flavor so it is on my shopping list to pick up.

I got this as a free sample to try and give an honest review. We loved it! It had just enough flavor to be a perfect side dish. I made a pan seared lemon chicken with this. We drizzled just a hint of the sauce on it for Lagniappe and it was perfect. We plan on adding this to our regular side rotation.

This was just okay for me, as I am not the biggest fan of quinoa and I felt like it could be more flavorful. But it was super easy to make and the perfect amount for two people. It made me feel good about having a healthier side dish and I think for quinoa lovers it would be a hit. I received this product free from PINCHme.

I recieved this in a pinchME sample box. I was so excited to try it, so I decided to sautee some shrimp and eat it with the quinoa. It was a weird taste. I wouldn't reach for it unless it just came to that. I would have to continue to eat it to geg used to the taste.

It is a very easy side dish for dinner and it's ready in 90 seconds which I love. I paired it with chicken and it made a well balanced healthy dinner.

I've tried Quinoa before and disliked it, I can't say the same about this dish. I'm not sure if it was the flavors of the combination but this was so good I had to go out and buy more! Definitely an excellent and flavorful alternative to regular white rice.
