I received a sample of Seeds of Change and absolutely loved it, ever since it has been a must have stock item in my pantry! Seeds of Change is delicious and healthy all while being easy and quick to cook with little prep and clean up. Everyone in my house is a fan of Seeds of Change!

I was skeptical of fast, healthy rice out of a plastic bag, but it was great! Very tasty and super easy. I don't think I'd eat it every day (I prefer making things from scratch) but this is a great thing to have on hand for dinners on busy nights. Kids loved it, too!

While not as fresh tasting as cooking rice from scratch and mixing in the spices and herbs yourself, it tastes better than many more packaged rice products. I received the Seeds of Change in the flavor of Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic for free from PINCHme. I wasn't crazy about the taste of quinoa, however I did like the flavorable brown rice. I also wasn't crazy about the high sodium content. But , I did like that it was USDA organic.

I was a little scared to try this, as I am not a huge fan of Quinoa or brown rice. But I was pleasantly surprised! The texture was good, the flavor was good- yay!
