Seeds of Change Certified Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic was just okay. I liked it but did not love the texture. The flavor was good and I enjoyed the taste. I will probably try other products from this brand , but this one, once was enough.

I am not a big fan of quinoa but I am always hopeful each time I try a new version that I might actually enjoy it. This quinoa with brown rice and garlic was actually much better than I anticipated. I generally have low expectations for packaged meals like this, so I was pleasantly surprised at 1) how delicious it was, and 2) how easy it was to make. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more of this when I'm shopping and have even asked my local, independently owned grocer if they can start stocking it. Having these as a backup for those nights when I just can't muster up the energy to cook a complete meal is perfect!

I was really hoping to like this product, but I'm afraid I was very underwhelmed by the flavor. I was excited to try it because I am on a mission to improve my diet and eating habits, but it really lacked the flavor I was hoping for. The garlic flavor was pretty much non-existent and I would be willing to try other flavors, but will not purchase this one again in the future. If you are looking for a VERY subtle flavor, this would be perfect for you. Frankly, I just wanted more!

So there were two adults and 6 kids trying it out. Making it was super easy and convenient! The product came out with a great texture. However, we had mixed reviews on taste. The adults and a couple kids liked it, the other kids thought the garlic flavor was too overwhelming. I would like to try another variety to see if they like it. It is super easy to make and saves me from having to do so many dishes!
