Very good flavor, not overly garlicky. The texture is surprisingly good, but the best thing about it is the ease of preparation. Toss it in the microwave, and comes out perfectly steamed and ready to serve as if you had spent a half hour cooking it over the stove.

I made this with marinated chicken breasts that I baked and it was delicious. The perfect side without the guilt of overloaded carbs. The taste was great and it is healthy. I will be buying this in the future. My son is on a high protein diet and he only eats healthy food and almost ate all of this dish. I was able to get a couple of spoonfuls. He loves the taste and is grateful that there is such healthy and tasty options available in the stores.

I used it as a meal starter and added steamed broccoli, leftover grilled chicken breast meat and just like that I had a tasty easy to fix meal!

It has quinoa, which is the protein content. The flavor was okay. It was a little too garlicky for me, though I know some people do like a stronger garlic flavor. Overall a solid addition to your meal, or even a vegetarian main course.
