Seeds of Change has a wonderful array of pouches to choose from and I mostly choose the ones with quinoa. The pouches are easy to reheat as a side to any meal. One can add extra spices and simply eat. Seeds of Change is a very good brand and their selections of different sides are tasty, healthy, and simple.

It would be nice to have bigger portions in the packages. It takes 3-4 packages for my family. I add parmesan and butter. I skillet cook it for a few minutes. I got this sample free to review. I am not a fan of Quinoa, but just because I don't like the texture. However the brown nice added in with the garlic changed up the overall texture which was nice. I enjoyed it, however it was still kind of plain. I would suggest adding more seasoning yourself or some veggies.

It is very easy to prepare. It is full of flavor but a little to much of a buttery taste to me. I have recommended this to all my family and friends, especially as a healthy snack. I will not think twice about buying more or different varieties.

I was very disappointed in this product. It had absolutely no flavor besides that of dirt and the quinoa was harder than expected. I tried to doctor it up to make the taste better but the earthyness was too overpowering. I wouldnt purchase this product!
