I decided to try to make cake pops.I am not a baker so it was a very intimidating task. Turns out, if you can get the cake baked correctly, the rest is a breeze! The Ghirardelli dark melting wafers were perfect for the outside shell and dried pretty quickly once we dipped the pops so we didn't have to wait to enjoy!

Is it says dark... but everyone we serve says nope.. milk chocolate, or cross between the two. But holy perfect whatever kind! Perfect to just eat! Perfect to melt! Hardens incredibly perfect on bananas, pretzels, marshmallows, strawberries, smores, fingers (lol... darn kids). Great price! Thanks to this product we have has a ton of fun!

Absolutely delicious! Trying these for the first time. Great when melting in a cup of coffee. Looking forward to trying other ways mentioned on the package. Hard to believe that thirteen wafers are one serving. And better yet, that those thirteen wafers are only 160 calories!!! Do keep in a cool dry place as recommend. Definitely, melt in my mouth DELICIOUS!

Purchased this for the first time and I am in love! This chocolate is perfect out of the bag. I have always used chocolate chips or Candiquick and melted for covering pretzles, and making other candy, but they all fail in comparison to this chocolate. These wafers are extremely smooth and taste amazing. I am now inspired to make plain milk chocolate candies just because these wafers stand alone on their own and do not need another star to make them worth eating. My children who always sneak into my bags of chocolate chips have been searching for these since the tasted them. This is all I will buy from now on and I am so excited to see how they fit into my recipes.

I LOVE Ghirardelli melting wafers. The baking chips do not work best for dipping chocolate. Please make the white and dark melting wafers available all year.

Buy this product year after year for making chocolates. This year after dipping some candies this year they randomly turned an ugly color. Very disappointing. What has changed?
