While it is bold, it does seem to be a bit more bitter than I prefer. This is a coffee that I will use when I want cream and sugar added, because it will cut the bitterness. I usually purchase whole beans and grind them at home but this espresso has kept its freshness. I enjoy mine with a bit of cream and sweetener. I have been drinking this coffee for years and it was always my favorite. Not sure what happened recently but now it tastes very different. Like a completely different coffee. Used to buy larger amounts as I got through it pretty quickly but this time it will all end up in trash. Wish I bought smaller quantity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know this is dramatic but this coffee is a life saver and no other grocery store available coffee comes close to the quality and caffeine level of this. I got this as an incentive for review right before I started my school year in September and it was perfect timing. I use this frequently in my stove top moka pot and make true espresso for lattes or drink it straight but most days I’ve green using it in my reusable k cup cartridge thing. It makes perfect dark roast strong coffee. Has the best deep coffee taste and it’s so thick and wonderful for coming out of a single cup machine. Highly recommend to anyone who loves espresso or dark roast

This vacuum sealed bag or brick I was a little unsure about. Maybe it’s perfect for if you have limited space while traveling or on a hike etc I’m a really big fan of this coffee so the taste to me was still amazing so I would highly recommend the coffee just not sure about the brick style

It couldn’t have been a better time receiving both the Cafe Bustelo Supreme Ground Espresso Coffee Brick & the Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso Coffee Can as I had just purchased a new espresso machine for my kitchen. Although I’m somewhat familiar with the Cafe Bustelo brand, this was my first time tasting their espresso coffee. At first glance, I noticed the coffee grounds are a very fine grind— perfect for my espresso maker. The smell emanating while I was brewing each double shot filled my kitchen similar to a coffee shop. I was hooked at the first sip. The flavor of the coffee, without sugar or milk, was bold and smooth. The Cafe Bustelo Supreme Ground Espresso Coffee had a much stronger flavor than the Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso. I’m a fan of both. To further my opinion of both espresso coffee grounds, I made my favorite hot and cold coffee drinks. It was love at first sip. My favorite way to brew my Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso is as an iced latte. Whether you prefer sugar, flavored syrup, milk, and/or cream, making your espresso drinks using Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso is a good choice! I would definitely purchase both of these items again. Matter of fact, I already have! An extra bonus of the Cafe Bustelo aground Espresso is the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend giving it a taste!
