[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this coffee! It tastes fresh and the perfect espresso FLAVOR. You need a coffee machine to use it, at first I thought it was instant coffee but no. I would have liked that it had instructions on how to use it!

I had always liked Cafe Bustelo because it was a local product and authentic to its Cuban roots. Recently, I noticed that the brand was bought out by mega-conglolmerate J.M. Smucker Company and the package doesn't list the origin of the coffee or where the product is produced. I am led to believe that this is another brand that has sold its soul to the corporate world and is being mass produced in some third-world country. Shame!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging could be better. The instructions are unclear as to the best way to brew this as it is espresso. It tasted okay but I don’t even know if I prepared it correctly because there weren’t clear instructions.

All the reviews shown are incentivized, i e they gave free coffee to “influencers” or another way of looking at it, they tried to bribe people. I say this because my previous honest review wasn’t published. As a long time, decades, cafe Bustello drinker (writing for my wife) I wrote to criticize the CEO (Smucker) who was quoted glibly and gleefully proclaiming that coffee is a pass thru commodity, meaning they can increase the price to the consumer as needed with seemingly no consideration. With the increasing retail price at my supermarket I would consider other options.

Its vacuum-sealed freshness, combined with its strong and flavorful profile, makes it an great choice for anyone seeking an intense and authentic espresso experience at home. I usually purchase whole beans and grind them at home but this espresso has kept its freshness. I enjoy mine with a bit of cream and sweetener. I would consider purchasing this product in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and smoothness of this coffee. The price point is also much lower than my usual brand! Will definitely be buying this again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee was vaccuum sealed for freshness in a small brick. As soon as I opened it is could smell freshly ground beans. It tasted like someone ground then right before using. It is espresso so just a little bit goes a long way to wake you up in the morning!

I work from home, so it’s lovely putting this fresh coffee on and smelling it from my work desk. I add creamer and a little caramel sauce and it’s HEAVEN. However it truly is yummy on its own. It’s a very bold and strong coffee, that really wakes you up. I’d say if you need a keep energy boost and you love coffee…this is the one! Absolutely had me up and about ready for work lol.

It couldn’t have been a better time receiving both the Cafe Bustelo Supreme Ground Espresso Coffee Brick & the Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso Coffee Can as I had just purchased a new espresso machine for my kitchen. Although I’m somewhat familiar with the Cafe Bustelo brand, this was my first time tasting their espresso coffee. At first glance, I noticed the coffee grounds are a very fine grind— perfect for my espresso maker. The smell emanating while I was brewing each double shot filled my kitchen similar to a coffee shop. I was hooked at the first sip. The flavor of the coffee, without sugar or milk, was bold and smooth. The Cafe Bustelo Supreme Ground Espresso Coffee had a much stronger flavor than the Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso. I’m a fan of both. To further my opinion of both espresso coffee grounds, I made my favorite hot and cold coffee drinks. It was love at first sip. My favorite way to brew my Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso is as an iced latte. Whether you prefer sugar, flavored syrup, milk, and/or cream, making your espresso drinks using Cafe Bustelo Ground Espresso is a good choice! I would definitely purchase both of these items again. Matter of fact, I already have! An extra bonus of the Cafe Bustelo aground Espresso is the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend giving it a taste!
