While it is bold, it does seem to be a bit more bitter than I prefer. This is a coffee that I will use when I want cream and sugar added, because it will cut the bitterness. The flavor is robust and bitter so I like to cold brew it by steeping to take some of the bitterness out. This coffee is still soooo delicious!
