I have always used the red rags for decades. Last few years something has changed and they do not wipe off grease like they used used to. I switched to the non colored type, still from Sam's. This year as I walked through the store there were only red and a pale bluish grey. I chose that in the 2 pack. They work just as they should. Good absorption of liquids and grease. I am pleased this product is back to what I have been used to.

My husband uses for work and he says their the best. Never sheds. Great for clean up. So happy online purchase was available.

After years of getting towels from a service and the never ending rising cost we decided to try the Member's Mark Shop Towels, they do as well as the ones we received from a service.

I ordered these and got the wrong color. Called had them replaced, got the wrong color. Called again they "made a note to double check the color before sending", got the wrong color. Called again now I'm being told "they are out of stock that's why you got the wrong color so many times, but you can reorder now they appear in stock". Reorder? Yes they refunded me because they messed it up so many times and now I'm required to reorder them in the correct color because they are not capable of doing that. There's no way that 4 orders, 3 calls and all of a sudden their excuse is 'the color is out of stock ' but it never showed out of stock the multiple times it was ordered....... So unless you want blue I would not order you won't get the correct order.

Before using, I put these through a cold-water wash and low temp dry. Looks like most of the towels ended up in my dryer's lint filter. They emerged smaller than a handkerchief. I doubt that they would survive a second wash. I bought these to avoid the waste of paper towels but will likely toss when they get dirty.

The Shop Towels were delivered in an outer white plastic shipping bag that smelled horribly of mold/mildew so we removed the bag of towels from the outer plastic shipping bag. Upon opening the bag that the towels were packaged in the mold/mildew smell was even more intense. It concerns me that the guys are going to wipe their hands and possibly inhale the mold/mildew into their lungs.

I tried these because Sam’s dropped the Terry Towels. They are so thin that I’m forced to use them 2-3 at a time. So the count is misleading. Not good at all.

Awful! There is no use for these! Too thin, too small, not absorbent! Don’t lay flat! Waste of money! Sorry! Just being honest!

This towels had been great but now for the last few months fall 2024 and winter 2025 no matter what color you purchase they ship only blue towels. Also during this same time they arrived packaged in plastic bag, when you open the bag the smell alone made us throw them out. They had a musty smell and a heavy rotten smell but no mold was showing but I did not look all the way thru them. We purchased thousands of these towels over the years. BUT with the last shipment we opened the box and you could smell the musty/rotten stench so we returned them and went to a new supplier of these type towels. I will not buy them again. I had told Sam's club each time this happened but nothing changed.

Supposed to be Members Mark which I've ordered before. Now off brand that is not the same quality.
