I bought this in my local club last month. It has a super smooth creamy consistency that is great for stir fries, and I also tried it in a smoothie (yum!). Yes, it has guar gum, but what doesn't? At least it's a natural way to stabilize the product instead of all the yucky stuff you find in other coconut milk. Another plus -- so much cheaper than buying it by the can! This stuff is $3.5 a can at my local grocery store.

I have never received a box of cans that has been this beat up. It's not worth getting if they are going to box it up the way they did.

Love the product itself. Issue is product box was ripped and all but one can was dented. Going to purchase from different retailer going forward.

Yhe product itself is good but delivery sucks apparently. 3 of the six cans were so dented i cant use them. Im actually confused as to how only 3 of six in the box were dented to the extent they were when the box was seemingly undamaged.

I used this to make a Filipino dessert called ginataan bilo bilo. It isn’t creamy. The fat separated and it tasted like coconut water not coconut milk. I threw the rest of the cans out after that. If you want canned coconut milk, don’t buy this one.

I’ve always purchased this coconut milk and has always been good until now. Instead of having the coconut cream at the top to mix with the watery milk, it was coconut oil at the top. I used 3 cans for my curry because it was not creamy and each can was the same. Ruined a huge pot of curry. The top of the curry is full of oil. Will not buy again.
