It is an ok coconut milk. I don't think it has the full fat content.

Arrived extremely dented

I shook the can well and opened this to find a substance that resembled melted coconut oil. I stirred with a wooden spoon hoping for it to emulsify into some semblance of coconut milk. No luck. It would have ruined the beautiful red curry I was making had I not counteracted it with a good amount of homemade cashew milk. Gross. Thai Kitchen is sad.

While the cost is great, this unfortunately contains guar gum which is an emulsifier to prevent it from separating and is unhealthy. You cannot separate the cream from the watery liquid. That makes this useless for a lot of recipes that use the cream separately from the liquid. For recipes that use the emulsified coconut milk, this will work, but I prefer to not consume emulsifiers.

Good product

As previous reviews show, I had a similar experience. The box containing the cans of coconut milk was already opened, and the delivery box was intact. 4 of the 6 cans were dented, which tells me that the cans were swapped before shipment! Note to Sam's: Customers do NOT want dented cans! Especially when we are forced to buy online as the product is not sold in stores! The product is good, 4 stars, but not the shoddy practise of subsituting dented cans. Btw, the middle 2 cans had the worst dents, not the 4 corner cans which had slight dents.

Product is amazing Packaging is awful!!! I ordered 4 boxes and all cans had dent in them!!!! I need this coconut milk and my sams club doesn’t have it in stock only delivery. But they don’t pack it nicely!!!! All boxes were teared apart and cans had dent. So I returned and hope next one comes normal!

This is the 2nd can that has lumps.
