the Coconut milk has phase separation, clear oil on the top, white milk part at the bottom.

I like I was able to find this milk and purchase in bulk. Great to have handy in the pantry.

Inferior Product

Very disappointed. I gave it a chance despite some bad reviews. It's not creamy and white like other brands (Chaokoh or Aroy-D) I used in the past.  The taste and texture are off. I cannot cook my traditional Thai curry or dessert with this brand. It seems to me that THIS IS NOT REAL COCONUT MILK. I plan to return the rest to Sam's.

Worst coconut milk ever

I always have this on hand for beverages. I like stirring this in my morning coffee and also use it to round out a smoothie. For cooking, I also use it to finish my penang curry and to give depth to a pasta sauce. It's a great way to add rich, velvety depth to lots of beverages and recipes.
