I didn't have any issues with leakage. I like that they are individually wrapped so they are easy to take with you on the go.

I also liked the applicators. They were smooth and easy to use - never snagged or got caught. Definitely adding these to my period arsenal.

I've been using tampons since i was 14 yrs old, im 19 yrs old now and am proud to say that I've been using TAMPAX PEARL since I was 17yrs old. Tampax Pearl is the best tampon I've used because not only does the leak guard braid prevent leaking, but they're very comfortable as well, and with the plastic applicator they're easy to insert, unlike tampons with cardboard applicators. I would recommend these to everyone that uses tampons.

Tampax Pearl is by far the best tampon on the market for absorbency especially on those heavy days when you are on your period and busy on the move. For greater confidence to wear even at bedtime to avoid those embarrassing overflows on your sleepwear or your bedding. I prefer the Pearl plastic applicator instead of cardboard for easier insertion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its so easy to insert these pearl tampons. You really cant go wrong with tampax in general but I prefer this line as its easy to use and does not spill at all. I typically carry a few in my purse and leave some in my car
