Tampax Pearls are the most comfortable applicators that I have ever used. They have a barely there feeling to me. They also provide me with great leakage protection. I also love the individual wrapping because they don't look like tampons and that's great if one accidentally falls out of your purse in public. They are also inexpensive.

I have found the Tampax Pearl to be very comfortable since I began using them last month. I did not like some that had a scent but the fresh scent with this brand is so very light and pleasant. It doesnt remind you that you are having a menstrual cycle. I will continue to use the Tampax Pearl. Thanks!

I have purchased several boxes of these. I like that it has three levels of protection, and there is an extra layer of protection on the string in case of a leak. I would recommend this product it gets the job done and keeps me from stressing about a leak.

I have recently tried some different tampons, but the applicators were so terrible that I had to throw some unused tampons away. That is not the case with these Tampax Pearls. From thin strings that seem like they might snap to cardboard that can be uncomfortable to insert. I've been a pearl girl for 20+ years and won't use any other unless I'm in dire need. From the smooth gentle insert to the strong durable string, to the many size options to choose from, these are simply the best on the market.

While far more comfortable to use, it bothers me that this applicator is not biodegradable (like it's cardboard counterpart). Biodegradable plastics exist. I don't really like the idea of my monthly harming the environment; why Proctor and Gamble can't make a tampon that is both user and Eco-friendly?
