They are somewhat Discreet. The box comes with 36 tampons. Overall these are great tampons and I highly suggest to try them for your regular flow days!

They were easy to insert due to the plastic applicator. I didn't have any issues at all with these tampons. The packaging is discreet once removed from the box and the applicator can be placed back inside of the package after insertion for easy cleanup.

I was always a Kotex enthusiast, based on the plastic applicator (cardboard is flushable but is it pushable? No.) I couldn't find kotex recently so decided to give these newer ones a try and they're perfect! This is a much better design than the old school and a better price point! I'm sold.
