These tampons work well and come in different sizes for light to heavy flow, which is really helpful. They’re comfortable and easy to use. The only downside is the ingredients—they can cause irritation or even infections for some people. I wish they were made with cleaner materials since that is most important factor when putting something inside of your body.

I absolutely love this product. Thank you Tampax for inventing the Pearl. I was always very skeptical of tampons.They seem painful upon insertion because of the cardboard application. Pearl is different. Its smooth, small, fashionable, and easy to use. Its so incredible my husband doesn't even know when its that time of month anymore. Its so unnoticeable that my sons think the girls and I be sharing some sort of treat. You know its a very good product when you can convince a 16 yr old to carry them when needed. Kudos to Tampax Pearl an awesome product..

I am normally a compact girl but this time the store near me was out of my usual so I op-ed for the more expensive tampax, the pearl. I'm regular to light over the course of my period. I leaked once a day with these, usually with barely a trickle on the tampon ( 20 minutes later!) and when I am at work (sitting all day) its very uncomfortable as it "opens". I can almost feel it. (ick.)on a plus side The applicator was easy to use and the wrapping is easier to use for disposal. Needless to say next time I'll go find my compacts before buying these again.

Just tried the Pearls out for the first time. All I can say is BEST TAMPON EVER... PERIOD. (haha) No seriously. I work a very physically active job and the other types and brands, especially the cardboard applicator types (for some reason) ALWAYS leak or don't stay in and comfy. I had ZERO problems at work yesterday and im ecstatic. I had to say something. If you haven't tried the Pearls, they are worth the few extra bucks, and then some.

It does not leak and holds up well. It feels like you’re not even wearing a tampon. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good tampon.

They are each individually wrapped and small and discreet. I’m usually heavy on my cycle and other brands don’t absorb everything while I’m using them. These are worth every penny!
