I have been using Tampax Pearl since it was introduced. No tampon can compare as far as comfort, protection and discretion. Most other tampons I can feel all day and have an odd smell when removed. I've never had that problem with the Pearl. I don't feel it and it even protects when I work an 8-hour shift with no restroom break. Not to mention that the wrapper is not crinkly plastic, so no one else has to know. Definitely the best tampon I've used and the best value for the money.

The applicator is narrow and smooth enough for easy entry and also easy to grip and quickly insert the tampon. I can be sensitive especially on the first few days and this style causes me zero discomfort during application and removal

I used to love the Tampax pearl line but since the release of the new anti-slip grip feature - I've been completely disappointed. I can't be the only one whose fingers can't seem to grip the applicator, can I? Please return to the old grip or it's time for the P&G packaging folks to go back to the white board on this one because this one is not working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax pearl is literally the only brand I will use. The leakguard braid works exactly as it says it does. It prevents any leakage from creeping down the string and staining your underwear. Another small but very important feature I like is the textured design at the base of the applicator. It helps in maintaining a grip on the applicator as it's being inserted. Overall these are the best out there!

I like that the wrapper can hold the applicator after it's been used so you don't have to leave it in the trash exposed. I will definitely buy and recommend.
