Tampax Pearls are the best tampon. I have tried numerous brands and nothing is as simple and comfortable as the Pearl. Half the battle with the tampon is ease of use and comfort, and Pearl exceeds the mark. They also hold up extremely well as far as absorbency. I will always use Pearls for this particular need.

This is the best tampon on the market I have been using tampax since I was 12 they are so comfortable don't even know I wearing one easy to insert and easy to remove although I also wear a pantieliner to save my panties just in case there is a leak and this work out very well for me.Thank you tampax for making my period more bearable. My next move is to try the menstrual cup my sisters love their cups.

I love the finger grasp on the applicator because it makes it very easy to hold while inserting. For a regular flow tampon, these seem to be on the smaller size, which works well for me. I find that these have a very comfortable fit and I can hardly notice them. I feel that they have helped prevent leaks better than other tampons. Overall, I have no complaints and I would highly recommend theirs product.

Great absorbency, super comfortable, they fit nicely as well and form to your body’s natural shape when you walk. They are breathable and have good leakage protection. The applicator makes it very easy to insert the tampons and they are super comfortable. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax pearl is the leader of all tampons. They fit comfortably and the plastic applicators are smooth and don't hurt as you insert into your ladyhood. The hold of fluid is perfect. Holds greatly no spills and leaks.

I thought I'd give these a try again, but I ended up tossing the entire box in the garbage. I miss the old compak plastic tampons. They had a nice grip in the center that I could hold with my nail during insert. This new design is not user friendly at all. I use the drug store brand here in Toronto, Canada, as they are the only ones with a similar old tampax design.
