I use these tampons all the time. They don't hurt and they have a braided end that will prevent leaks more! The applicator is easy to use and works well.

i personally use these tampons and like the fact that they expand to fit my body and don't leak like the othere tampons i have tried. every womens body is different and i can't say what works for other women but i love the tampax pearl
