these are the most comfortable tampons i've tried. they are great, but i'd say if you have a really heavy flow go with the super because you will have to change these really frequently.

Great for a normal or light flow. Easy administration and disposal. Very portable, fits in purse/backpack easily. Comfortable, don't even know it's there.

These tampons are very comfortable and stay in place... I am running after my 6 month old and 2.5 year old all the time, leaving little opportunity for me to think about my feminine protection. I have never had an 'accident' with this brand!
