The regular are great for light to normal flow days, and they offer a variety of options for lighter or heavier flows. They are pretty much leak resistant with a braided string for extra leak protection. I will continue to purchase this product and recommend to others.

They are so easy to use with the plastic applicator and are really comfortable. They provide me with protection throughout the day. I do notice that the regular absorption ones do not hold quite as much as the regular in comparable brands although Tampax tends to be cheaper. I would definitely purchase but would buy super instead for the correct amount of absorption for myself.

Didn't leak at all either at first start of the monthly construction lol. Making my summer pool time happening now.
