I love the finger grasp on the applicator because it makes it very easy to hold while inserting. For a regular flow tampon, these seem to be on the smaller size, which works well for me. I find that these have a very comfortable fit and I can hardly notice them. I feel that they have helped prevent leaks better than other tampons. I've never had any issues with my period thankfully and these work great. If you have a heavy flow I would suggest using the super size but overall a good product.

During the times my cycle is a bit heavier, it has definitely saved the dat more than once. I love pearl because it also comes in so many different sizes. I feel confident and protected using Tampax Pearl and use the regular size for most of my cycle and am never disappointed. I pair them with a ultra thin liner for added protection. And that is my go to for period protection. I can't say enough good things about Tampax Pearl qnd plan to be a loyal consumer for many years to come.
