[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax Pearl Regular is a level 2 out of a 5, for absorbency level. I like to use this level on the 3rd day of my cycle. There is a leak guard braid, that helps protects the chance of any leakage. The soft and smooth applicator makes it easy to insert and use. I always feel confident when using this product because I know that chance of leakage, is very minimal. It is also very comfortable and once it is in, I can't feel anything. I highly recommend Tampax for any tampon needs.

However I had an opportunity to use the Tampax Pearl regular tampon and I will never look back. They were not uncomfortable to insert and not painful during use. If Tampax had been the first tampon I had used I would never have waited this long.
