They seem to absorb well and hold in the fluid well over a period of a few hours. Overall, I like these for the comfort and the ease of use.

I have tried several different kinds of tampons in my life, that is until I tried Tampax Pearl! I now will not use anything else!! I tend to experience heavy flow, and other brands leak so i have to wear a big bulky pad too! But not Tampax Pearl!! I love the smooth plastic applicator and just the over all wonderful product!!! The plastic applicator makes it very easy to use, and the size is easy to keep on hand in my bag, car, or anywhere I need just in case. I've never had any leakage issues and find this to be the best product out there for me.

When I use them I don't even know I have one on they are so comfortable to wear. It's just the right size and they come with a leak guard braid that helps stop the leak before it happens All Day Comfort and Protection. These tampons are very absorbent and keep me feeling fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Tampax for years and years. My favorite is the Tampax Pearl because it is easier to insert than the cardboard applicators. I have trouble holding and pushing those in. I never have had trouble with the Pearl.

My mom bought me a package of these when I first asked her to wear tampons and at school one day I started my period and put a light flow in and it lasted for the rest of the day. The leak guard braid was a fantastic idea and I swear these tampons have a mind of their own because they are completely comfortable and effective at the same time! I used to hate my period but now I have no problem with it because of these tampons! If you are trying to insert it and it won't go in just relax!!!!! Once you get it in right you won't feel a thing! These are the best tampons ever!
