Even on days when my period is heavier I haven't experienced any leaks while using these. I don't have to worry about changing constantly like I do with other products. These are my favorite. The absorbency is excellent because of the shape of the cotton and with the braided cord its perfect for leakage protection. They are typically comfortable as long as I make sure I use it correctly. My only complaint is that sometimes the cord has a stray strand that is too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Tampax pearl regular again, I don't mind this I do like that it's not a cardboard applicator, but inserting the tampon is not bad. The only thing that I will say is that sometimes for whatever reason the applicator will fall apart when you are opening it. Other than that works great!

I did not have any leaks which I kept a look out for. I do wish they had the pull and lock technology to where they fit in your hand for better discretion but overall I loved them.
