[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax Pearl regular are easy to use. Discrete and easy to conceal. Easy to slide in and stays put. Box is a good size and will last probably 2 cycles. Would buy the heavier flow tampax for earlier in my period.

However, every so often I do have a more "normal" period/flow and I use tampons on those month. I tried this type recently for the first time and I really liked the fit and applicator. The applicstornis very smooth, unlike the last brand I tried. Its silky so it inserts easily. Much appreciated! The fit was nice. Sometimes the regular flow feels too small, like it's not where it should be, or it's too thin and not effective. This was a "regular" but didnt feel that way. My complaint with most tampons, these included, are the ingredients. So the 4 star review is based on that alone.
