They seem to absorb well and hold in the fluid well over a period of a few hours. Overall, I like these for the comfort and the ease of use.

The plastic applicators are very comfortable and easy to insert. While wearing, it’s easy forget you’re even using a tampon because it’s so comfortable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax tampons are sold everywhere (even in foreign countries) and so it’s a brand that most of us women have tried at some point in our life. For me they have never really been reliable. They just don’t seem to absorb that well. They are good for a couple of hours before there’s leakage. I’m also surprised that they’re still using plastic applicators. You see these little plastic applicators everywhere in restrooms. It’s amazing how we’ve transitioned from plastic straws to cardboard ones, but nothing has changed with these tampons.

The Tampax brand has always held a place of high quality products in my mind and the Pearl tampons do as well. I can go hours without worrying about leaks. The Pearl is make with an easy applicator and the regular size is perfect for normal, non heavy days. I will continue to buy Tampax and Tampax Pearl!

My tried and true for tampons. The variety of sizes (light , regular, & super) is perfect for the heavier & lighter days (so you won't need to buy multiple boxes for each size). The plastic applicator makes for easy insertion & comfort. Can't go wrong with these!
