I use the regular as my as I don't have very heavy flows and it fits perfectly. The leak-guard protection gives an added peace of mind that I won't have any accidents. The applicator makes it very simple to put on and the string length does not make it hard to fish out. Very happy with this product.

I have been using Tampax since I was 12. I'm 29 now. So, needless to say I was ecstatic when Tampax finally came out with a plastic applicator. I don't like cardboard applicators, they are uncomfortable for insertion, but for the past 15 years, I have relied on the protection Tampax has provided me. I love the wrapper, it is definitely purse resistant, whereas other brands, the wrappers always open in my purse. I'm in love with Tampax Lites! I was so happy when they finally became available on their own instead of always having to buy the variety pak.

I'm a post opp. transsexual male and have been for several months. I have worn my first tampon for over 2 months have had no leaks at ALL!! this product is all aces in my book!!!! They are easy to insert with the plastic casing, are comfortable and have a leak guard protection which is a nice feature. I liked using them but now so do the girls in my life.
