Damaged in transit

Dented cans

This review is for having these tomatoes shipped. The cans were horribly dented. All of them. I’m returning them to Sam’s club. I never tried the tomatoes, because I don’t want to risk botulism for my family. Not sure if the dented cans are a problem with Sam’s shipping or manufacturer. Now I have to lug the open cans back to the store. Eh.

Bought 3 cases in past few months because of the great reviews. Today I decided to unpack the cases to place on my pantry shelf, as I was running out of a previous brand. I was astonished that ALL 16 cans in 2 cases were crushed, seriously dented, but the packaging gave no clue of damaged contents. One case had no dents. Will return 2 asap. And I will open all cartons of canned goods promptly from now on. Hope the crushed tomatoes in the undamaged cans turn out as great as reviewed by others.
