SNUGGLE CONCENTRATE 200 LOAD

I bought this at a big lots. I loved it when I used it and got 3 more bottles after several months the softener thicker up and I could not pout it out of the bottle that must be why it does not sell in other retails stores it must have been discontinued since Big Lots sells these items. It should never have been sold again as it is very bad. It had been too long a time to return it so a person only has a month to do so. Now I am left with sludge and it not release in my washers softener holder
