Great tasting to-go snack. I like all 3 flavors. Great alternative to cookies. Better option to upcoming Halloween candy. Stores well, packed well in lunches. Chewy is better than crumbs falling everywhere. Weight Watchers points-5.

They are an occasional snack for me when I’m on the go and burning calories. However, they are not a good choice if you’re not going to be in motion. They do have plenty of sugar.

These are way too sweet! My teeth hurt instantly when I first tried them. It felt like i was eating a chocolate bar instead of a healthy snack. It’s my fault for not checking the nutrition facts but the sale price had convinced me enough, lesson learned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying the Clif Energy Bar, a whey protein based workout supplement, is intended to be a pre/during workout supplement. It packs a good number of carbs to give you an energy boost, and protein to keep you feeling solid during your workouts. And so far it's worked well for me! To start, flavor and texture wise, these are solid. I wouldn't put the crunchy peanut butter bar on a PB&J, but it has a good, semi sweet, peanutty taste without the odd off-flavors that so many energy bars have. The texture is a sort of soft, chunky, gooey feeling almost like a dense cake. It doesn't usually have a solid crunch, though the peanut butter flavor noticeably has some chunks of peanuts riddled through it. Most importantly, it doesn't have the grainy feel that some protein bars have. I was very pleasantly surprised by how insanely tasty they were! If I am planning to go for a morning bike ride, I eat one for breakfast and it gives me the energy to go without the bloated weight of a big meal, and some days when I get that mid-afternoon slump, one of these can replace some other snack as a healthier option. They really just keep me going, especially on those days where I need some extra pep. I don't think I can ever go back to my usual exercise snacks

This bar is a good choice for a morning snack that taste really good. The texture is a little grainy to me but doesn’t change the freshness or flavor of the bar itself. I feel like it’s a little costly for the size. They are individually packaged which is great for taking them on the go.

This brand/product, CLIF KID ZBAR (36 ct. in 3-Flavors), has been repeatedly ordered here on Sam's Club online for its TASTE, CONVENIENCE, and VALUE. Our elderly parent just LOVES the ICED OATMEAL COOKIE flavor (a favorite!). Don't let the product title on the packaging limit or hinder you by thinking these bars are only made for kids/children. These little sweet power bars are also for adults and are great on-the-go, after working out, or just as a snack during the day or night. ALL flavors satisfy our desire for a sweet treat snack, and best eaten especially with a hot/warm beverage such as coffee or a coffee alternative (non-caffeinated). BIG BONUS: These CLIF KID ZBAR (36 ct. in 3-Flavors) are USDA CERTIFIED ORANIC!! (Unlike other bars, such as Larabar and other popular brands). Try these out! But be 'warned,' because you may be re-ordering these repeatedly too! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved other flavors, but I always tend to lean towards the classic! The crunch and texture of the PB is perfect, not too sweet and satisfying. It was a hot day but the bar didn't get melty or too gooey which was nice. Simple, yummy and ideal for a quick snack after exercise, a hike, or a swim.

Recently I have noticed that the crunchy peanut butter taste very different than they used to. I can't quite put my finger on it but I think they might be using less peanut butter or a different kind. But they're not nearly as flavorful as they used to be.

Why did they change the recipe I am a vegan have been eating these for years and now they taste awful and they've removed Vitamins and Minerals which are important key nutrients for good health until they bring back the old formula I won't be buying these again or recommending them to anyone

I am honestly not a huge crunchy peanut butter fan, but this bar took me by complete surprise! It has the perfect texture, just the right amount of crunch, but is still creamy and does not crumble everywhere while enjoying. I usually eat every 3 hours, and this bar fulfilled that 3 hour gap and then some!
