Love this energy bar as a pre workout bar! Super sweet but super tasty too. Tastes fresh as if it were home made. Love the active style packaging which is really eye catching too. It’s definitely my go to bar when I need the extra boost before the gym.

The texture is not too hard and not too soft, it's very filling, and gave me tons of energy between my workouts. My only problem with it is that there's too much sugar, but with the amount of timea I workout a day, I will easily burn the calories.

I used to LOVE these. They have changed in the last few months. They used to be very soft - doughy. They had a little crunch on the side. Now as of recent they've become very dry. They're crumbly and no longer enjoyable as I need a whole bottle of water to down one. I miss the old recipe - or quality control. Whichever it is.

These Cliff bars are really good. I've been eating them for a few years and my most favorite is the crunchy peanut butter. I've tried other energy bars and Cliff has turned out to be my number one go to. I would totally recommend these bars. And what I like most about them is that they're packed with a bunch of nutrients that make this bar unique. I can bring it on the go if I missed breakfast. So I mean yeah, they're pretty good.
