So happy I found Cliff builders bars! They are everything I was looking for! One bar gets me thru 5 hours before eating again! I love these bars!!!!

If you don't like it at all, then you would still be able to stongly taste it. I felt like I had to eat half at a time because it helped with in between meals and/or to start the day. This is a protien bar that I would eat to keep up my protein without the gross flavor

I was surprised they were good since a lot of protein bars can have some flavor or texture that I don't like. My only issue is the amount of sugar. I would like to see them with Stevie or something more "healthy".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both flavors taste pretty good. It's a very balanced texture - not too hard or chewy. Love the high protein content and the fact that it's gluten free! It's the perfect size to grab and go for a treat.

They’re very high in calories so I won’t eat them every day, but on days I don’t have time to eat anyway, at least I’ll have some protein and calories instead of skipping a meal completely.

I have been eating other protein bars and this one was way above the sugar content I was eating with the same amount of protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty tasty, the texture of the peanut butter is a combination of crunchy and creamy and doesn’t feel overly dry. I’ve had some terrible protein bars that taste bad and overly artificial and are super dry and this was a nice change! The mint was a bit more dry, I almost would want a smidge more mint flavor, this one was less tasty than the peanut butter one. Overall these are pretty good for a protein bar.

The packaging is super cool and eye-catching, and the size of the bar is just right — perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost. However, I had to give it only three stars because it contains too much sugar for a protein bar. I wish the ingredients were a bit cleaner and had less added sugar. If they improved that part, it would easily be a 5-star product for me!

They are not great macros for a protein bar (20 g of protein for 290 calories) so I use them less as a protein source and more as a regular snack if I need it. They arrived on a SUPER hot day and were melted, so the only complaint I have is that the chocolate is all flaky and didn’t stay on the bar, but that’s not the fault of CLIF or the bar… just the bad weather!
