After barely a week, right to the dumpster! Should have sent it there after the "cleaning" brew. The design of this model was a waste of production time and money.

I bought this 3 months ago and it quit working , this is the third coffee maker I have had in about 10 months. I don't think I will buy another Mr. coffee

It's a royal pain having to babysit this unit to keep it from shutting off. When we want the unit off, we will turn it off. Terrible feature, unless it was user programmable to modify the time before shut off or disable it altogether.

leaks from bottom .there water under unit after brewing.

Had this machine less than a year and now it doesn't brew

This machine will cause you problems eventually. I am not impressed.

I have had my JWX31 for at least 5 years and not one problem! Love this unit.
