So far I've been using this at the office for a few weeks now and it has exceeded my expectations. Coffee is consistently perfect. (My colleagues and I all agree on something for once!) Love that it automatically turns off the hot plate on the bottom after a while! The pot seems pretty durable and it looks nice.

We use our coffee maker every day sometimes twice to three times a day
It still last 3-4 years.   I tried replacing with different machines but none are as good as this one.  As long as this machine is available  I will never buy any other model

Excellent coffee maker

I had a coffee maker like this one, but it developed a problem. Being in a hurry, I bought a lower-cost Mr Coffee from a warehouse store. It made good coffee, but I missed a lot of the features the previous one had. So I put that one away for a spare and bought this model again. I love that this one has separate Hour and Minute buttons, since I change the "start" time often. I like that I can turn the beep off if I want to. The separate cover for adding water is so much more convenient than having to pour the water in the same opening as the coffee and occasionally spilling the water where it doesn't belong; this is so much easier.

All the features I want!

We have had 2 "high end" coffee makers prior to this one.  The only adjustment we have had to make is that our others were 14 cup and this one is 12.  To comment to a couple of other reviewers: This pot doesn't dribble - one almost identical to this one had that as a complaint, but not this one.  And second, this pot does spray, not just run water through.  I like my coffee hot and this one is perfect!

Our favorite coffee maker to date!

I had an older version of this model for ten years! And it didn't stop working. I had a little kitchen accident that knocked it off the counter and enough parts were damaged that it just needed to be replaced. I was really heartbroken because I didn't think I'd find one I'd like as much, but I was happy to find this newer, but nearly identical, model. And I really do love the new one just a much. It is simple, functional, and makes a great pot of coffee.

I love this coffee maker!

I like the removable coffee basket.  The replaceable water filter with the monthly calendar on it so that I know when I put the cartridge in. This model has withstood the test of time because, the identical one I bought five years ago was knocked off the counter and broken. After knocking it off the shelf and breaking the lid it still operatined until the replacement model came in.

We purchased our coffeemaker a little over a month ago and love it so far. It is nice looking, and has all the bells and whistles that we like. It makes a delicious and smooth pot of coffee. We recommend this!

Great coffemaker

Does everything I need it too at a great price. It is a good looking coffee maker,doesn't look cheap. If it is still made when I need anothe one I will be buying it again.

Great coffee maker

I'm still looking for the perfect coffee brewer.  I've tried a lot of the fancy names, but decided to go back to Mr. Coffee.  The brewer works fine, but the coffee comes out lukewarm at best.  Looks like my search continues.

Just recently purchased another unit. Really like all the features and operation of the coffee maker. Space saving, easy use, auto shutoff, etc. this is my third unit of this type. However, I discovered when checking my purchases that this model of coffee maker only lasts 2 years. I have had to replace my coffee maker, after quitting working each time, same model, in 2013, 2015, and now in 2017. Seems to be a pattern going here. Maybe some kind of built-in obsolescence? Don't understand why such a good coffee maker only lasts 2 years. Of course by then no warranty. Other than non operational after 2 years, this has been a good coffee maker for my needs.

Don't buy makes luke warm coffee thought would make hot coffee with the adjustable warming  plate but was wrong my $15 coffee maker makes hotter coffee save your money  don't buy
