Sorry I bought it the hole in the back leaks water every where so I tapped it with gorilla tape to stop the leaking. The plastic trim on the pot cuts your hand when you reach in to dry it. Danger people!

I LOVE THE MR.COFFEE BUT AT ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS THE WATER LEAKS OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE 'MAKER'. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3X IN A ROW! THESE MR. COFFEES ARE AFFORDABLE...BUT NOT IF YOU HAVE TO BUY 4 A YEAR!

Died after 12 months. Can't work on it because it is made with 3 prong philips screws. What happened to Coffee makers being so simple they lasted? Will not buy another Mr. Coffee product.

This is the second one in two years, what happen to quality of workmanship? This one makes a good clock now and that is all. Got out of Westbend perculator it never fails and is old.

Sadly, unit quit working a few months after warranty ended. We were pleased with it before that and we'll miss the great coffee, especially liked the regular/strong brew choice. Would have given more stars if not for the short life span.

After 15 years of service my old Mr Coffee maker stopped working. I purchased this one and love it. Easy instructions and easy to use. I only wish the water window was on both sides as this one faces the wall.

Bought this less than 4 mos ago and it just stopped brewing one day. Was great until then but this is ridiculous. Will have to look for Cuisinart or Ninja I guess

Plugged it in and the light came on, filled it with water and coffee grounds, nothing worked. returned it. MADE IN CHINA! That should tell you enough.

We loved this maker had it for 2 years broke the carraffe try to find a replacement one was unable to still have it just hoping to find one if the carraffe was stainless would be the perfect machine

Very disappointed in the quality of this coffee maker. It worked great for 6 months then stopped altogether. I have no idea what we did with the receipt so we can't return it. My advice to you, read the reviews before you make this purchase.
