The last person/company I ordered from actually shipped it to me and was packaged well and they didn't cancel like the others. However, it took FedEx a week sitting on the truck before they delivered to me today (Sunday) So, the seller was good, the hot chocolate was good (my least favorite is the Salted Caramel) but FedEx was ridiculous to leave my box on the delivery truck almost a week. I completely understand the delays of all shippers, but a week actually on the truck?!?

I have been purchasing this collection for many years at Sam's, they make great Halloween giveaways and Christmas stocking stuffers. Land O Lakes makes a rich, flavorful, delicious hot coco mix that is also great in coffee or served cold. I was disappointed that it was not at my Sam's location this year, but very happy it was deliverable.

I heard about this from a friend. She bought it at her local Sam's Club. Mine didn't carry it but with my Plus membership I ordered it online and got free shipping. This cocoa is delicious. Tried to order more but they were out of stock. Found out it is seasonal. So next year I will stock up.

Product is always enjoyed by the family. I ordered 6 boxes. When I got home, the outside box flap was open. It looks like the packing tape didn't stick. All product inside. One of the inside boxes was crushed. I taped it back together so I could wrap it. Probably the heavy weight was too much for the outside box. The kids love this gift every year.

As a native from Minnesota and my mom and aunt both worked for Land O'Lakes, I've liked this hot cocoa for at least 30 years! Excited to see it available online, I've purchased 2 boxes. I have 4 kids and 3 of them love it! My fourth son doesn't like chocolate, so there's more for us to enjoy. Great taste, mixes well. My kids only drink the packets with hot milk. I put mine in my coffee. I hope Sam's Club keeps this product for a long time! It's hard to find down here in Texas.

This is the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted!! They are so flavorful and all you need is water. I buy two boxes at a time and force myself to only drink two cups a week because they taste that good. I will never buy another brand of hot chocolate.

Best hot chocolate EVER! Also, the price that I pay for this through Sam's beats everyone else by a long shot. I break this box down and package these up as Christmas gifts. Everyone loves them, and you have a nice gift for not a lot of money. Thank you Sam's for having these available each year.

This is a great gift for anyone but especially kids and teenagers. I buy a coffee cup or a winter hat or gloves and stuff it full of hot cocoa packets. The kids look forward to it and love it. Especially in the northern states this time of year. Not too long ago I saw Land of Lakes hot cocoa mix in another store at $2.50 per packet. Do the math. What a bargain at Sam's Club.
