Best Choice Yet

I'm from the old school and have changed my own oil for the last 42 plus years. About 7 years ago I switched to Mobil1 to give it a try since my daily drive to work adds 95 miles a day. Best choice I could have made, Excellent product with proven results and a very satisfied customer.

perfect for my BMW 330i (2007)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for my 2007 BMW 330i. No valve noise after i start the cold engine. In hot run perfect and have too much power for twin turbo. I recomended this 0w-40 mobil 1 full syntetic motor oil. it's the only oil i use.

Perfect for 2014 Lexus IS250!

This is the first time using Mobil1 Advanced Fuel Economy Full Synthetic motor oil and so far it has been working great! I bought 0W-20 as this is the one recommended for my wife's 2014 Lexus IS250 (2.5L) and is also the first time I do the oil change on her car. We recently got married and she had been taking it to either the dealership or to another well-known shop and they were charging her waaaaay too much (avg. $100). I spent less than half of that and did it myself. Needless to say, now we know what type of oil her car has and pairing it with the Mobil1 oil filter, boy I can tell the difference. Car just feels smoother on the highway. I'll definitely continue using Mobil1 Advanced Fuel Economy from here on out.

Mobil One 10W-30 Advance Full Synthetic BEST THERE

To start off with, I’ve used Mobil Oil in every vehicle I’ve ever owned, and never rocks has it let me not my engines down. I made the switch from conventional valvoline to Mobil back in 2014, and ever since, have seen massive improvements in all my vehicles from the way they perform, and even holding oil pressures properly. I drive a old 93F150XL 4.9 that I’ve been rebuilding with over 274,000 miles and I can assure you, without this oil and regular maintenance as well as using Mobil approved filters, my engine would have big dust by now.

Excellent oil as expected from Mobil 1

I've been using Mobil 1 0W-20 AFE oil in my 2016 Honda Accord, direct injected 2.4L since 6200 miles. First oil change after engine break in, OE oil came out and Mobil 1 AFE 0W-20 went in. After 6000 miles of service using Mobil 1 AFE, the oil level dropped about a quarter of a quart as expected. The OE oil evaporated over 6,000 miles as well and is normal for anyone concerned. I check the oil at every fill up at the gas station and keep the oil in the trunk. I live in a dry, very hot, dusty climate and a lot of stop & go traffic. Under my current environmental conditions, it doesn't make sense to purchase a higher end Mobil oil and risk leaving the oil in for a year or when the oil life monitor says to change the oil. 5 to 6 thousand miles or every 6 months between oil changes in Phoenix is cheap insurance. I change it for peace of mind and ensure proper care of my engine. This oil has excellent flow at low temperatures and when you start your car after sitting overnight. Engine is very quiet and smooth when first started. Quick flow is what prevents wear during starts and Mobil has it figured out with this oil. MRV viscosity @ -40 degrees Celcious for this oil is 9200, never seen a spec like that. Most other brands usually only list specs down to -35. A lot starts happening that is important at these extreme low temperatures and there is a big difference in oil performance between -35 and -40 celcious. Hard to beat the specs of Mobil 1 AFE. Great product, readily available, competitively priced and just as good if not better in my opinion over OE oil. Mobil 1 always seems to perform with high end products, highly recommend!

Excellent oil

Been using Mobile 1 advanced fuel economy in my Honda and Toyotas for several years with zero problems. I receive excellent fuel economy on all my vehicles , well above the EPA estimates. Very happy with this product as well as all other Mobile 1 products I use and previously used in vehicles and equipment.

Fantastic product

Been using this and other Mobil 1 oils since 1983. Never had an engine problem. I have two Toyotas with over 300,000 miles and use less than a quart of oil between 5000 mile oil changes. Sold a Ford van to someone with 250,000 miles, saw him a couple years later, he had damaged the body, but told me that truck is the best truck he ever owned and was still using Mobil one as I suggested when I sold it to him.

Amazing product!!

This is a testament to what an incredible product this is... I happened to see a commercial stating that Mobil 1 can protect your engine for up to 250k miles, well I’m here to prove that and more! I bought my dream car, a 2008 Lexus IS 250 brand new in 2007 & I knew that Mobil 1 was going to be the only oil I was going to use as I have in all my previous vehicles. Well, today my old girl has almost 362k miles on her and still runs like the day I bought it!! Yes you read that right 362,000 miles!!! Now it’s become a challenge to see just how many more I can put on her, which shouldn’t be hard as I religiously use Mobil 1 every 5k Miles. So, THANK YOU Mobil 1 for allowing me to continue my high mileage adventures in my dream car!!! Here’s to the next 300k miles!!!

M1 0-20AFE provides great protection

I have used M1 0-20AFE for several years in my two Duratech engines in my 2007 Ford Fusion and Ford Focus nearing 190K, with outstanding results. Both engines are very clean, perform like new, and still show no signs of engine wear. I have used M1 oils for 38 years in various type of engines and have never had an engine failure, Some engines with over 300K(miles). My experience has been, M1 oils perform very well in high temps and extreme cold temps.

Be kind to your car, alwys use synthetic!

The one important piece of advance I was given, once you start using synthetic, don't switch back and forth. Back in 1987, we had an incredible cold arctic blast: nights were down to -35, days never got above 10 for 5 days. My Acura Integra was parked outdoors at a car port. Turning over the engine in the morning it just strained to start, you could hear each cylinder trying to turn over. This was when I switch to MobilOne. When it was bitterly cold, the engine always turned over like a nice summer day. This told me MobilOne had to be good. I also started tracking my gas mileage to see if the cost was worth it; my mileage increased by about 2 miles per gallon. Over the course of 6,000 miles per oil change, I figured I was breaking even between the oil cost and money saved on gas. There is reason NASCAR has used synthetic for decades, and if it is good enough for them, it is for my car in hot and cold. And, I've been faithful on Subaru Outbacks and Volvos over the years, and have never had a cylinder/valve/crankshaft engine issue, never.
