I am an advid shopper and also a truck driver, I should have known to check the all mighty Walmart for my truck supplies. I saved so much money on the same oil I get from the shop...All I can say is I should have known Walmart is the place to shop for everything... Always!!!! Thank you Walmart

is it just me or perhaps maybe I'm the only one to notice, what they tell you everything about this product except what size is it is in gallons or quarts. they tell us how tall it is how wide it is how deep it is the tell us how much it weighs - none of which anybody needs to know whatsoever oh, who would buy it. because all we need to know is what the viscosity is Tama what the size in quartz or gallons is oh, and the price. you've got to be kidding me! I've read every word in this entire thing and nowhere does it say how many quarts or gallons it is, and I had to jump through hoops to get the picture to where I can expand it to read it off the bottle. Again I just can't believe what I'm seeing here in Superfluous information while skipping the most important thing besides price.

I am on a tight budget but I wanted oil that was "good" for my diesel. I chose this product based on name and price. The surprise is that I was using a much higher priced oil that did not deliver the power that this oil does. Nice sideline benefit! www.heatingandairfilters.com

I am new to diesel. My review is based on what I read and the value I got. This jug has a short spout which makes pouring from a larger jug easier, I noted the larger jug does not have the pull out neck. Further, Walmart's current price is impossible to beat. Its actually cheaper by the gallon rather than the larger 2.5gal jug. So I am going from handling a quart oil bottle to a larger jug and this design makes it a better pour and less waste. Its my understanding that mobile has the better oil in this case. My application is a old Onan military generator engine that holds 3 quarts of oil with a filter change. I will stick with it and keep a gallon or two on hand

Used for years in various motorcycles, basically if the bike says 10-40 I use this! The new friction modifiers are a big NO for wet clutch motorcycles, and the heavy duty additives like zinc are what is used in many motorcycle specific oils. Plus a gallon costs less than a quart of the MC specific stuff! I get almost 2 oil changes out of a gallon and I find myself changing it more because it costs so much less.

Great Value ROI savings with this product. Can anyone share with me what the pour point is for this oil ? Trying to verify it is -38 and that 15W 40 SAE is safe to use in a cold climate area like Northern Virginia here in the Mid Atlantic region My concern is oil slugging

Unbeatable value. This truly is a great oil. I actually prefer Rotella T4 over this, but for $3 less per gallon, I'll switch. The farmers and truckers I've known typically run either one of these. Delvac runs clean, and does it's job. It is my un-scientific opinion that Delvac 15-40 is thinner than T4 15-40 at lower temps. That is based off of my motor's behavior. I change out at 3-5000miles, and Delvac feels like it could easily make it another 3k. It definitely holds its own.

I have used Mobil Delvac 1300 for years.. I have a Freightliner Classic XL , with the 500 Hp Detroit engine. I've got over 1,100,000 Miles on the engine and never replaced the piston liners or pistons.. I replaced the engine head at just over 1 million miles and Detroit Service, said that i should run it another 600,000 miles or so and then think about a rebuild.. I use Mobil Delvac , in every auto and lawn and garden engine that i own... Thank you..

I've used this oil in my 2003 Caterpillar C-15 for years now. Highly recommend it.

I use it in my 1994 Chevy C3500 Crew Cab with a gasoline 350 and it runs and drives great.
