Best Product for my toyota sienna 3.3

I switched from conventional oil in my Toyota Sienna to Mobil 1 5/30 at roughly 70K. I now know that conventional oil can cause sludge build up. Sludge is not a friend of any motor. I change my oil every 5K and also install a new Mobil 1 filter. My oil comes out a dark golden color--not black like the dyno oil did. The van actually uses no oil in 5K. It now has 130,000 miles on it and runs like new.

Using Since Late 1980s

I have been using Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil since about 1987 after I installed a remanufactured short block Pontiac 400 engine into my 1976 Pontiac Grand Prix. Prior to that, the old engine -- using conventional oil -- would give that familiar GM "tick" sound of the valve lifters when the engine was started or was running. Mobil 1 was recommended to me by a very good mechanic friend of mine to use on my new, remanufactured engine to get the best performance and life span. After installing the engine and giving it the traditional break-in period, I moved to Mobil 1 and never heard the lifters again. I also noticed that the oil traveled to the top of the engine after start up faster than conventional oil, especially during cold weather starts (i.e.: the lifters sound disappeared quicker or was not heard at all). Furthermore, during extremely cold days, it seemed the engine turned over faster than before when using conventional oil. I attributed it to the superior flow characteristics of synthetic oil at colder temperatures. After these favorable experiences, I was completely sold on Mobil 1 and have been using it ever since for all my automotive and gasoline engine lubrication needs. I also use Mobil 1 for my gear oil lubrication in the differentials of my vehicles. I have even began to use it my riding lawn mower with a B&S 17HP engine. Per the B&S engine manual, synthetic oil can be used in place of conventional 30w oil. I moved to using Mobil 1 and can definitely tell a difference in the way the lawn mower engine runs and responds. If you have not begun to use Mobile 1, I would highly encourage that you do. With the ongoing high prices for automobiles and power equipment, Mobil 1 is one way you can protect your investment and get the maximum life span.

The Best Oil for My Late Model Chevrolets

I have used 5w-30 for our 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier 2.0l Turbo, and 5w-20 for our 2015 Chevy Colorado LT 2.5l engines since new. There have been no issues or oil usage on either engine, and the oil comes out in good shape when the oil meter tells us it's time for an oil change.; The oil changes come at 1 year for the truck and aprx. 10 months for the Malibu Turbo., and I feel these are very safe intervals with the Mobil1 Advanced Full Synthetic Oils. Thanks Mobil !

I been useing this oil since 1990

I can't say enough good about the Mobile One synthetic oil. I started using it in my wife's 1990 Astro van and we drove it more than 250,000 miles on the original motor with no major repairs. Also, I bought a 1989 Astro van used with 89,000 miles on it and change it to Mobil one oil and drove the original motor over 365,000 miles. Presently drive a 2001 Astro van with over 400,000 mile, but its on its second engine, with 225,000 on the first engine, second engine with over 175,00 miles. I started using Mobil One because I drove over 3,000 miles a month and it was cost effective to use Mobile One and change the oil every 5,000 - 6,000 miles. I now use the extended oil and drive 15,000 miles to a oil change. I now have my whole family using Mobile One oil.

Very good stuff

This oil does what it says it can do. Provides excellent lubrication to the engine and increases fuel mileage. I ran the Mobil 1 5W30 for 15 years in my 1995 Ford Ranger 2.3 four cylinder. I bought it brand new. I changed the oil between 5000 and 8000 miles. But the oil can go longer if it needs to. The oil never let me down. I believe it also helped the trucks battery to last 14.5 years. Because synthetic oil is so slippery that it takes less energy to start a vehicle. Thus making your vehicles battery last longer. And when I owned my Ranger I was living in Michigan. So my truck saw 8 very cold Winters. Then I moved to Mississippi and the truck saw 7 very hot Summers. My trucks engine did great in both climates thanks in part to Mobil 1 5W30. As for engine cleanliness; the 2.3 has an oiI splash plate under the lone valve cover. I scratched off the black paint on it where the oil cap goes to promote to people how clean Mobil 1 keeps an engine clean. No sludge ever appeared on the scratches. Use Mobil 1 with confidence. It wont let you down.

Save my Corvette L98 engine

I alway ran Mobil 1 in my Vett. I was on Interstate in rush hour traffic and sucked a giant Target plastic bag up into my radiator. The car overhear! My oil temp went to 329 degrees. I finally got out of traffic and pulled the bag out. I got car cooled down and took it to my mechanic. The heat cracked two spark olugs, but the oil was fine! Changed the oil as a precaution and drove the car for 7 more years. Mobil One is my oil.

Only Mobil 1 Synthetic

1998 Tacoma, I used to drive this truck for 250miles/day, Using Castrol-GTX/3000miles. Soon as it reached 1500miles, gpm went from 20 to 17. I tried every things that people recommended on the internet to improve gpm. sparkplug changed every 25k-30kmiles(do not use Bosh Platinum, just OEM Nippon Denso plug). Nothing worked. Soon as I switched over to Mobil1 Sync with OEM oil filter. My truck drove better, smoother, quieter and gpm remain @20gpm until the next oil changed which is 10Kmiles. You can see the Viscosity of the oil remain the same, just darker. So I switched all my whole family vehicles(5 Toyotas, sedan-truck-van-SUV) to used this type of oil since 2000. Since I maintenance all vehicles myself, this 10kmiles oil change save me a lots of times and $$$$. Let me tell you an impressive story about this oil. I gave my son the truck for his college years, in 4year. When the truck did not run(because of the MAF sensor clogged), he called me to come checked the truck, there was no oil on the dipstick. DRIED!!!! Soon as I cleaned the MAF, I cranked the engine, it started right away. there is no issue with the engine. I still driving it now. over 200kmiles/24yrs still running like new. why buy new vehicles since mine run and looks like new plus paid off.

Mobil 1 5W-20, THE BEST !

To me, Mobil 1 is by far the best oil to use in your vehicle. I purchased a 2003 Ford Ranger, 3.0L, 24K miles, the end of 2007, 4 + years old ! I changed the oil to Mobil 1, 5W-20 on the first oil change I did. The first thing I noticed was the engine appeared to run quieter ! Interesting. I can't say if the MPG improved, I didn't keep a record, but the engine did seem to run better overall. It is now 20 years later, still running Mobil 1, 5W-20, in the same 2003 Ranger, and the motor is still running great, no major repairs, starts every time I turn the key, still sounds great, you would never think I had the original motor in the truck. My secret is: 1) Full Oil/Filter changes every six months (twice a year - January and July). 2) Change the Filter in between the oil changes, three months intervals (April and Oct), and add Mobil 1 to top off the engine oil lost when changing the filters alone. 3) Start again Jan Oil/Filter change. It takes 4 Filters, Oil Filters of your choice, 2 Cartons of Mobil1 (six quarts in each carton, purchased at Costco, great price); 5 quarts of oil for the engine during the January and July oil changes, and an extra quart for the oil filter change (April and Oct). Simple RIGHT ! Cost: approximately $80.00 yearly. I know I could get far more milage on the oil... but more oil changes, is better in my book. Thanks for reading. NOTE: I am running Mobil 1 in my new Dodge and in my latest purchase a DR PowerEquip. XL30,20HP V-Twin Brush cutter, which I am expecting a long life on the motor.

Use every oil change

Been using Mobil 1 5W30 in my '12 Sentra SE-R Spec V since I bought the car new. Was using the over priced Nismo oil filter for the first couple years then switched to the Mobil 1 oil filter when there was a sale for a pack of 12. The car is sitting at 106000 miles right now and have done the oil change ever 6k, give or take a few hundred miles. Still runs like she did when I first picked her up with 6 miles on the tach. Recently took it to the dyno and is making 176 horsepower at the wheel and 170lb-ft of Torque all stock. Thanks again Mobil for making a terrific product, you will have me as a life long customer for sure.
