Have used mobile 1 full synthetic engine oil on my car for many years and been very satisfied. The car now has got over 240k miles and still runs smooth.

My claim was initially denied. Before I could figure out what was wrong. I received an approval email. A couple weeks later in the mail I received my card. Worked out great and the second time going through the process.

I missed out on the Mobil 1 coffee cup promotion because my designated NAPA store wasn't approved, even though they advertised promotion. I will still use Mobil 1, but will not be going back to NAPA.
