[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed my oil to Mobil 1™ 5W-20 in my truck. I have a Toyota Tundra that I use very heavily. I hadn't used this oil in the past. Once I changed the oil I could almost immediately feel and hear the difference. This oil is super smooth, and my engine purrs. If you need a great oil, great protection for your beloved car or truck, this is the oil for you.

I’ve run only Mobil 1 full synthetic for the last 15 years in cars ranging from an 03 Mercury Marauder to the current build on a modified 96 Volvo 850R. I usually run about 5000 miles between changes. The inside of my engines have no sludge build up and the oil looks like clear honey on the way out.

Been using Mobil 1 for years now. Ran engine development for Ford Motor. Tested Mobil oils at several different weights along with work to help improve them on the Aston Martin program. Engines were like brand new on teardowns been using ever since. Great oils

Didn't know oil was dripping out the side of my oil filter. I had skipped my routine of checking oil, coolant, etc. a couple of times. When I did check my fluids found the dipstick dry.. I couldnt believe it! Ive been fooling around with cars all of my life and this has never happened before. I know wnough to say if it wasnt fir the lubricating properties of Mobil 1 Advanced Formula, I would probably be searching online for a new motor for my Ram 1500. I will use this oil for the rest of my time here on earth. I dont usually write reviews but had to on this one. Btw: added four quarts of oil then found the leak. No oil warning light, no symptoms of oil being that low. Scared the living daylights out of me! Thanks for making such a fine product Mobil 1. Im your new lifetime customer, for sure.

Started using in Hawaii in 1977 in my 74 Volvo which required manual valve adjustments. Valve gallery stayed clean even with short mileage drives. Kept Volvo until 1986 and engine still ran smoothly with virtually no oil burning. Been using in all my vehicles since 1977. Do not compromise on engine oil; use Mobil 1.

I can't say enough good about the Mobile One synthetic oil. I started using it in my wife's 1990 Astro van and we drove it more than 250,000 miles on the original motor with no major repairs. Also, I bought a 1989 Astro van used with 89,000 miles on it and change it to Mobil one oil and drove the original motor over 365,000 miles. Presently drive a 2001 Astro van with over 400,000 mile, but its on its second engine, with 225,000 on the first engine, second engine with over 175,00 miles. I started using Mobil One because I drove over 3,000 miles a month and it was cost effective to use Mobile One and change the oil every 5,000 - 6,000 miles. I now use the extended oil and drive 15,000 miles to a oil change. I now have my whole family using Mobile One oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think we would ever consider using a different product than this one. The quality is absolutely superb. I have not run into any problems ever with the engines we have used this oil in. We will continue with this product as long as we can.

I have used 5w-30 for our 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier 2.0l Turbo, and 5w-20 for our 2015 Chevy Colorado LT 2.5l engines since new. There have been no issues or oil usage on either engine, and the oil comes out in good shape when the oil meter tells us it's time for an oil change.; The oil changes come at 1 year for the truck and aprx. 10 months for the Malibu Turbo., and I feel these are very safe intervals with the Mobil1 Advanced Full Synthetic Oils. My 2007 Corvette with 60,000 miles maintains 28 psi at 70 mph 1750 rpm, oil temperature of 220 degrees. This hasn't changed since I've owned it for two years, considering changing to a higher weight or different oil manufacturer. Cold oil pressure can climb to 80 psi, when hot pressure falls off rapidly. Mobile 1 suggested to keep using 5-30, or maybe 0-30, but not 0-40. Why? I feel my oil concerns are due to thermal breakdown. The only way to increase oil pressure when hot is to use a higher weight oil, or a better grade oil that resist the effects of heat. Just my 2 cents worth...

I purchased a 2000 grand marquis in 2001 with 22,000 miles on it, changed the oil to Mobil 1 5W-30 fully synthetic oil and set it up on routine changes every 7500 miles. Today August 2019 I have 584,632 miles on it and its still running strong, with no major repairs to the engine. Oh yes, I went through many spark plugs, coils, belts, hoses and lots of tires but no repairs to the motor. I give this credit to Mobil 1 oil.
