[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually surprised by these. They taste great. The flavor is good and no chalky gritty feel. It took a bit for it to work, about a half hour or so but for an OTC they’re great!

I tend to get occasional heartburn/acid reflux. Pepcid Complete works fast for me. This is much better than Prilosec OTC which takes days to work. If you want fast relief, Pepcid Complete is for you!
