I have been managing my heartburn for some time with PPI's, Acid Watchers Diet, staying away from anything acidic, fatty, red sauces, tea, citric acid fruit...etc.... I am doing pretty well... but I can feel the side effects of PPI's, muscles soreness, fatigue, heart racing etc... So someone on my Acid Watchers Diet site recommended Pepcid Complete... oh my... it's like night and day...I am really resting now, without heartburn....and I just had an episode with a sauce I thought was ok... took it....10 min I felt so much better...Yes Thank you... they will always be in my purse now....

I suffer from acid reflux or gerd....it flares up once in a while. I was at my brothers house after Chinese and had a flare up. I took one of his anti of hickies... And some pink stuff...nothing worked. As soon as I got home I popped on of these baby's in my mouth..and soon after..relief....that's what it's about right..relief.. The shortage of Pepcid was due to contamination issues at the manufacturing plant - not Sam's fault. But now those issues have been resolved, and supplies, and other flavors, are growing in inventory on store shelves. My personal preference is the Cool Mint, but the Berry Sam's carries is just fine, and you won't believe how good it works. Try it!

It is so easy to only have to take the one dose to both kill my current heartburn but also to ensure that it doesn't rear it's ugly head again for the next 24 hours! My husband and I both suffer from heartburn, and he was a huge fan of this medicine when he tried it, as well. But, these don't have a bad chalky taste, and the berry flavor is very pleasing. It helped with my heartburn fairly quickly, which I liked! I will continue using them, for those nights that my heartburn acts up.
