I have bad heartburn and these are my favorite antacids. I find they work much better and last longer then tums. I have to take tums all day long to keep my heartburn at bay, but I don't with pepcid. The tropical fruit is my favorite flavor as well, as the other pepcid flavors are not very good.

I don't have to worry about taking more than once a day, as it works! The berry taste is much better to me than most other flavors. It worked fast and i have already purchased another one for my father who use to use tums. this worked faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pepcid Chewables are my "NEW Best friends"! They have been my go-to heartburn relief for years. They taste good to me and work quickly to stop and keep away heartburn. I don't like to take heartburn medicine all the time because I rarely have it. Usually after certain foods or combinations (like ice cream after spicy Mexican). As mentioned above I don't need these very often and a 50 tablet bottle will keep me comfortable for just about a year on average. I like how they knock down my heartburn very quickly and keep it away. I chase these with a good 8oz+ of water because my pharmacist told me it would help it work better. Pepcid chewable's are a pleasant way for me to stop heartburn fast and I've been using them for years with no problems. This consistent performance making me feel better gets 5 stars from me. Excellent and very happy with them.

Its worked better than all the meds I have taken for heartburn. And the taste is great it tasted like candy and not chalky like alot of heartburn medicine. This will be the brand I buy from now on.

Have enjoyed the benefits of the product for decades from Sam's Club, a couple of years ago it disappeared from all stores shelves mysteriously, then reappeared earlier this year (2011). Now it seems that it has disappeared from Sam's again. There is no other product that does the job of Pepcid Complete, need it back at SAM's!
