You have to carry a knife to get this package open

I'll never buy this again because you can't tear open the packet to get the pill you have to CUT it, what a stupid thing to do!

This antacid works really well . You only need one and heartburn is gone. But these taste horrible. I almost cant eat these the taste is bad.
