My household uses them for everything from marking food for the freezer to writing veggie varieties on wooden stakes for the garden. Makes it great for labeling things on smaller labels and don't have that merging look to the lines. Very resistant to fading and plenty of ink to last a long time which obviously the fine point helps with. Can't ever go wrong with a sharpie marker.
