I thought the first time I got the big bottle in September it was a bad batch, but I still hadv also ordered some smaller bottles to carry so I used those. I finally got around to ordering another big bottle and it smells like bug spray too. Not sure if it is the seller or the big bottles but no more buying the big bottles here for me.

I prefer the smell of the toilette spray vs the perfume. This is a creamy floral, it’s classy and elegant and beautiful when applied right. I know some people over use it and it can be offensive. I spray behind my ears, one my neck and it wears beautifully and lingers all day. It is a great quality fragrance on a budget. I wear a lot of Britney Spears fragrances so my taste is all over the place but when I want to feel glamorous I spray in red door.

I've been wearing Red Door for 20+ years. I get compliments all the time from strangers telling me how great I smell. I'm allergic to a lot of frangrances so I don't spray this directly on my skin but instead I spray one squirt on each of the underside of my hair every morning before I walk out the door. I bought this scent for my mom years ago as well. This definitely works with my body chemistry. I feel so lucky to have found Red Door years ago as I don't like the smell of most perfumes.

Red Door is my signature parfum and has been for 30 some odd years. I thought the description said Eau De Parfum. instead of Eau De Toilette. Toilette is more of a watered down fragrance. Of course there is a big difference, in price and amount. It was my mistake and the confusion of all of the different sizes and pictures. The Walmart online ad is confusing to me and you have to be very careful and paying attention. Obviously, I wasn't.

Some complain that the perfume has been changed - along with the bottle. I'd say it's a change towards the future. The scent did become more adapted to the modern perfume audience. It does possess the charm and the profile of the old version but now it doesn't have the "tail" of the old school, if you know what I mean. My apologies to all the fans from the past. Your beloved has got a new life. And one more IMHO observation: try RD in summer, and it'll embrace you with the most fantastic honey-orange-jasmine you can ever imagine. This perfume is a partner, not just a mere company.

This is my favorite cologne and it's rather expensive but I found out that the best buy for it is Walmart. Their price is the lowest I can find it and I ordered it online and it arrived in perfect condition (glass bottle). For several months now whatever I need I can find online. I'm disabled and don't get out of the house often except to go to doctors appts. so anything I need I go online to Walmart and it's here by the date they say it will be again in perfect condition. If you've never ordered online please give it a try because it's the best shopping you can do and you don't have to get out of the house. It's delivered right to your home. You can't ask for a better deal than that. Give it a try, you won't regret it.... K. Camburn

The only scent I wear! Years ago when my son was in high school, he told me he was walking through Walmart and he stopped short and sniffed and thought to himself "I smell my Mom". When he told me that, well, I became a Red Door wearer for life! Smell has such a strong tie to memories and if my son associates a scent with me, I'm going to continue to smell that way! I love Red Door and will always buy it. Walmart has it at a great price. Thank you, Walmart and Red Door.

I have not opened this yet but I wear this fragrance all the time and I know I will not be disappointed. This is a great price, I get many compliments when I wear this perfume. Try it, I don't believe you'll be disappointed with your purchase. A gentleman came up to me last week in the store and said," Pardon me, I am not a stalker or anything like that, I just wanted to say how fantastic you smell, I love the perfume" and then walked away. Even women will comment on your perfume. It's a wonderful smell.

I bought this bottle and thought just the bottle shape changed but no the scent has changed as well. I am not happy at all. I want the old scent back. I have been wearing it since the 1990`s and now live in Germany and ordered it over the internet because I loved it so much. But I was very disappointed when it arrived.

My mother loves red door, in the clear bottle w/red top. we buy the gift set at Ross outlet stores for her every November 2 on her birthday. but i was in walmart and seen this red door w/new look darker red bottle. i sprayed this red door, i don't know what i was smelling, but it didn't smell nothing like the red door with the clear bottle red top . my mother loves red door. in clear bottle w/red top. this red door smells like a very strong red rose with some kind of spice and a little touch of sandle wood. I'm a fragrance lover. ladies always look for fragrances with, jasmine,orange amber, lilly, gardenia, sandle wood, pear, musk, with any 2 or 3 of these fragrance in bottle you will love the way you people will love your fragrance. it's a head turner trust me. fragrance is my passion and I'm bless to pick the right ones all the time. enjoy
