Good quality, quantity is great value

I bought these simply due to the quantity and low price. However, they seem to be a bit to cheaply made. Several times they have split on me when trying to take the used grounds out. I've began doubling up which has fixed the problem but it's a bit inconvenient. Once they are gone most likely won't purchase these again.

So, I am one of those people that uses coffee filters for more than brewing coffee. I use them for holding snacks (so I can control it and not eat more chips than I need), and I also use coffee filters to lay my makeup tools on while applying makeup. But... I assume most people are interested in how good these are when being used how intended. Well these filters are thin. I have had 2 spillovers in the past 3 weeks, which resulted in coffee grounds (or grinds) mixed in with my coffee, but for the price I say, double em up and keep it moving.

I have purchased these filters for years & they were a good value. But the last package I bought was either defective or the company has cheapened their product. I make sure the filters are nestled in the holder & pressed in correctly as always, but unless I double them, they collapse & the result is a coffee pot full of grounds. I am tired of throwing away pots of coffee and if you have to double them, they are not a good buy anymore.

This is a great price for the number of filters, but they are very thin and do not hold their shape well. I find that most of the time they collapse allowing coffee grounds to get in the brewed coffee.

Why isn't Sam's Club getting with the times and selling a natural, unbleached coffee filter? These work well but they're bleached and give off a funny taste to our coffee. Please stock natural filters like Melitta in bulk. Thanks!
